The X-Fit Community Challenge returns Saturday, May 16.

10 stations · 50 spots · $25 entry · all fitness levels welcome

Modeled after the DEKA Strong format.

Every athlete gets a personal judge to time, count,

cheer them through all 10 stations.

What is the X-Fit Community Challenge?

Ten stations. One clock. Your cumulative time decides where you land on the leaderboard. It's modeled after the DEKA Strong format — a series of functional fitness stations that test strength, conditioning, and grit.

You'll move through the 10 stations one at a time, each one timed by a personal judge who counts your reps, watches your form, and cheers you through it. It's not about being the fittest person in the room. It's about showing up, finishing, and seeing what you've got.

Some athletes are chasing a top-10 leaderboard spot. Others are doing their first competition ever. Both belong here.

The Format:

The X-Fit Community Challenge follows the 10-station DEKA Strong format.

You'll move through each station one at a time. Your personal judge times your performance, counts your reps, and watches your form. Your cumulative time across all 10 stations decides where you land on the leaderboard.

  • Wall Ball

  • Sled Push/Pull

Do I need to be a gym member? No. The X-Fit Community Challenge is open to anyone in the Greenville community. Half of last year's top-10 women came from other gyms.

What if I've never done a fitness competition before? You're welcome. Every athlete gets their own personal judge to time, count, and coach you through the 10 stations. Show up, do your best, and finish.
